From large-scale AI and digital programmes at KPMG to workforce redesign at CBA, Westpac, and APA Group, to building people capability from scratch at high-growth startups — Emily has led Transformation Change at every stage and scale.

HumAIn Impact was founded on a common trend: organisations are investing heavily in AI, and most of that investment is failing quietly — not because the technology doesn't work, but because no one built the human infrastructure to support it.
